Greater Grace is a result of what God can do with a man that responds to His calling. Pastor Carl H. Stevens was such a man and became a believer at age 23. From that moment on, Pastor Stevens devoted himself to learning about Jesus and to the study and ministry of the Bible. He grew up a farm boy in West Summer, Maine in 1929 and was raised by his widowed mother from the age of 3. His beginnings were poor and his life hard. His life could be summed up as one helped by God. By God’s grace he started thriving churches in Maine, Massachusetts, and Maryland which in turn went into all the world. The Gospel has taken us to wherever men breathe and continues ministering to the hungry souls.
